This website and associated platforms (“Site”) are operated by Fast Lights. Throughout the Site, the terms “We”, “Us” and “Our” refer to Fast Lights, including all information, tools, Products, and Services (“Services”) available from this Site to you, the User (“User”), conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting Our Site and/or purchasing something from Us, you engage in our Services and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including those additional Terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all Users of the Site, including without any limitation to Users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using Our Site. By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms of this agreement/details, then you should not access the Site or use any Services.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of legal maturity in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of legal maturity in your state or province of residence and you have given Us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Site. 2. Online Shop Terms

Product Availability

Fast Lights can neither guarantee products nor their availability for immediate delivery. Fast Lights reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to provide a product. There are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time, without incurring any liability. Additional verifications or information can be asked, including but not limited to, phone number and address before We accept the order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Delivery & Shipping Time

Delivery of products purchased from Fast E-Shop will be done by Our Courier partner. Shipping time for order delivery within Pakistan is 5-7 working days and does not include weekends and holidays. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Delivery can take longer in remote areas in Pakistan. In case of some natural calamity or national disaster or any emergency situation, delivery can take longer. All orders are subject to prior confirmation by phone. However, We reserve the right to process “Cash on Delivery” orders without telephonic verification.

Price

All prices are listed in (PKR) Rupees and are inclusive of GST. Items in your cart will reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your shopping cart. Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. Applicable delivery charges, based on customer address location, will be shown in the cart prior to checkout. We try our best to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to Our Users; however, errors may occur, like cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the Site. In such cases, We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, We may, at Our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and tell you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether the order has been confirmed or not, and your prepayment processed, without incurring any liability.

Payment of Other Taxes/Duties                      

Local taxes are not included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to any locations within Pakistan. Customers will be charged taxes as per applicable law and will be responsible for the paying of any and all local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.

Payment Methods

We only accept payments via Cash on Delivery. The Courier delivery rider will receive the cash while delivering the Fast Lights products.

3. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services or any contact on the website through which the Services are provided, without express written permission by Us.

Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if the information made available on this Site is not current, complete, or accurate. The material on this Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or timelier sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this Site is at your own risk. This Site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this Site at any time, but we have no obligation to provide update notifications on our Site. We may provide you with access to third-party tools which We neither monitor nor have any control/input over.
